There are three ways:
For an initial assessment, we require: a clinical report stating the reason for referral, relevant imaging studies (if any), pathology reports in cancer cases, and the patient’s contact details. If any documents are missing, our team will request them directly from you — the referral is never held up due to incomplete documentation.
We will confirm the appointment or test for your first consultation within 48 working hours of receiving the completed referral. For urgent cases (where there is a clinical indication of priority), we will process the referral within 24 hours and often on the same day. You will receive a copy of the confirmation along with the patient.
All results for patients referred by you are available on your Medical Portal in real time — a report signed by the specialist, images in DICOM format, and the option to download them. You will receive an email notification when a report is ready. The patient’s full medical history (including previous scans) can be accessed from each case file.
