2004

Alliance Medical is taking its first steps in the Iberian Peninsula with the addition of IMD and Mobile PET-CT, laying the groundwork for a specialized diagnostic imaging network focused on innovation, clinical quality, and patient care.

2005

Nace Mercurius Health

2023

Acquisition of Cadpet and establishment of IRCA

Mercurius Health is strengthening its presence in Spain with the acquisition of Cadpet, a leading company in nuclear medicine founded in 1999, thereby expanding its healthcare capacity and network of specialized centers. That same year, IRCA—the Institute for Advanced Radiosurgery—was established, a pioneering project dedicated to high-precision radiosurgery treatments, developed in collaboration with renowned specialists.

2025

2026

Common Identity: Alliance Medical Iberia

The IMD, PET-TAC Móvil, Cadpet, and Mercurius Health brands are now part of a single entity: Alliance Medical Iberia.
This integration reflects the natural evolution of an organization that brings together decades of experience in diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, and radiosurgery, with the goal of providing more coordinated, accessible, and higher-value care for patients, physicians, and healthcare systems. Today, Alliance Medical Iberia continues to build the future of healthcare by combining technological innovation, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to serving people.
